The real turning point came from a deeply personal challenge in the field of pediatric rehabilitation.
Facing the limitations of existing custom seating — inaccurate, expensive and traumatic to measure — we pivoted. We invented a completely remote scanning method: vacuum cushion + proprietary Computer Vision + smartphone video → millimeter-perfect 3D model.
When third-party manufacturing couldn't meet our precision standards, we built our own 5-axis CNC machines.
Solving medicine's toughest ergonomic problems naturally attracted attention. Motorsport discovered us organically. Soon after came unsolicited orders from the USA for daily-driving inserts.

I would like to express enormous gratitude to the developers and manufacturers of this wonderful product. For several years, we couldn't comfortably seat our child. The boy has very severe secondary orthopedic complications arising from the underlying condition. Scoliosis, multiple joint contractures, and hip dislocations determined the child's forced position. No wheelchair allowed comfortable placement.
This orthopedic insert became a real discovery. Made from a cast, it precisely matches the boy's comfortable position. Support appeared under every curve of the body, leading to comfortable seating.

The boy has low baseline muscle tone. He cannot hold a sitting position. We received an orthopedic wheelchair insert and at first glance, it seemed narrow. But when we placed him in the wheelchair, the pelvis fit snugly into the insert.
Unexpectedly, he felt very confident in a sitting position. There was no need to strain excessively to maintain the position, he was able to free his hands and gained the ability to manipulate them.
Moreover, this confidence in the wheelchair pushed him to want to sit up independently in the crib.

The child has a hyperkinetic form of cerebral palsy. He cannot hold his head, cannot maintain a sitting position. There was a big problem seating him correctly in the wheelchair, his head was constantly hanging off the backrest, he was arching, arms and legs were moving chaotically.
When we placed him in the wheelchair with the orthopedic insert, he seemed to calm down. His head stopped wobbling, shoulders received support, hands came together in the center, and the child was able to hold and pass a toy.
The pelvis is firmly held in the insert, which led to a reduction in hyperkinesis manifestations in the legs.
