The Medical Breakthrough
From Infant AI to Wheelchair Seating
In Cyprus, our infant movement analysis project (scanchild.eu) met Katya’s rehab knowledge. In 2024, desperate parents asked for help: existing custom wheelchair inserts were inaccurate, expensive, and traumatic to measure.
We pivoted everything. Invented remote scanning with vacuum cushion + proprietary Computer Vision. Smartphone video → mm-perfect 3D model. No clinics. No stress.

We Built Our Own Machines
When outsourcing failed quality standards, we designed and built our own 5-axis CNC machines. Sub-millimeter precision. Medical-grade EVA foam. Full vertical integration from scan to finished insert.
The Evolution to High Performance
Motorsport Discovered Us
We never pitched motorsport — it found us. A racing team saw our CP work and asked: can you do this for a cockpit? Then came an unsolicited US order for a daily-driver insert. Our medical-grade precision became universal for human comfort.
